FUTURE INDIA • UNIVERSAL CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE
One intelligent station for verified electric mobility platforms.
The planned TEJO EV Universal Charging Station is designed for compatible electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, electric cycles and eligible low-speed non-registration scooters. Two isolated charger families cover multiple verified LFP series and voltage classes. The station identifies the selected profile, battery voltage, BMS permission and allowed charging current before enabling power.
Charger Family A
Panel classes: 48V • 60V • 72V
Planned LFP profiles: 16S • 20S • 24S
Engineering reference: 51.2V, 64V and 76.8V nominal LFP packs. Final charge voltage is controlled by the verified cell/BMS profile.
Charger Family B
Panel classes: 54V • 64V • 76V
Planned LFP profiles: 15S • 19S • 23S
Engineering reference: 48V, 60.8V and 73.6V nominal LFP packs. Connector and charging setpoint remain profile-specific.
Automatic Verification
The charger checks voltage window, polarity, connector coding, BMS communication, temperature and current limit. Output remains electrically isolated until all checks pass.
Customer Experience
Select the clearly marked compatible connector and follow the screen. The station—not the customer—confirms the correct voltage and charging profile before energising the socket.
Important: “Universal” means one managed station supporting multiple pre-approved profiles. It does not mean every battery can be connected to every output. Unsupported chemistry, series count, connector or BMS profile will be rejected automatically.
